At DigiQuarters, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing and website design services. As our services are customized and tailored to each client’s needs, our refund policy differs from traditional product-based businesses. Please read the following terms carefully. 

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions: 

  • Service not delivered: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe due to our fault, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. 
  • Cancellation before work begins: If you cancel the service before any work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the scope of work agreed upon. 
  • Failure to meet agreed requirements: If the delivered service does not match the agreed specifications, we will work with you to make necessary revisions. If we cannot meet the expectations after multiple attempts, a partial refund may be considered. 

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: 

  • Once a project has been completed and approved by the client. 
  • If the client fails to provide necessary materials, content, or feedback within the agreed timeframe. 
  • For any dissatisfaction due to personal preference after the service has been fully rendered. 
  • If the client decides to discontinue the project midway without a valid reason. 
  • If the delay or issue arises due to third-party dependencies (e.g., hosting providers, domain services, advertising platforms). 

Revisions and Modifications

We strive to ensure that our services meet your expectations. If there are any concerns regarding the delivered work, we encourage you to reach out for revisions. The number of revisions included in your service package will be outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. 

Processing of Refunds 

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at accounts@digiquarters.com. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 – 4 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
