2. Upon full payment, ownership and rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, except for any third-party assets or licensed content.
3. Clients may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content created by DigiQuarters without prior written consent unless ownership has been explicitly transferred.

Limitation of Liability 

1. In no event shall DigiQuarters, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
2. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of the digital marketing or website design services provided.
